Frequently asked questions
Is this truly legal?
YES. All work is based on legitimate employment contracts, official permits, and European Union legislation. We only operate through official channels and comply with all EU labor and migration laws.
Do I need to pay for job placement?
NO, you do not pay us any fees.
All potential costs are related only to the preparation of your personal documents and your arrival in Europe – these are not fees to us, but official, unavoidable procedural expenses. The employer reimburses these expenses to you once you start working.
In which countries can I work?
This depends on the available job offers at the time. Jobs are most often offered in European countries, taking into account your experience, qualifications, and driving history. The company will help you find the best option for you.
What documents will I need?
The list of required documents depends on your situation – which documents you already have and which need to be updated or obtained. After you submit your application, we will individually assess your case and provide a clear list of documents, as well as addresses and instructions on where and how to obtain them. If necessary, we will provide assistance throughout the process.
What if I don't have one year of driving experience?
Job offers in Europe require actual driving experience, as the process begins with a practical driving assessment. During this assessment, real skills are evaluated. If there is insufficient experience, the process does not continue. We recommend applying only when you feel confident in your abilities.
How long does the entire preparation process take?
Typically, the process from application to arrival takes about 2–4 months, depending on the documents you already possess and the visa issuance terms. In some cases, the process can be quicker, also depending on your active involvement in collecting documents.
Why do I have to cover the initial costs myself?
The initial costs are related to your personal documents and are not a fee for job placement. This model is applied to ensure a serious and responsible commitment from both sides. A significant part of these expenses is reimbursed after successful employment.
If I don't live in Johannesburg, can I apply?
YES. The entire process can be easily and simply completed remotely:
  • Application, driving test, document submission, interviews, instructions, and preparation for departure.
Upon receiving your application, we will provide all information on how this will be arranged in your case.
Why didn't I receive a response after submitting my application?
We review each application individually. If we have not contacted you yet, a decision may still be pending, or we currently do not have an offer that matches your profile. If a suitable opportunity arises, we will contact you directly.
What should I do if I want to expedite the process?
If you have not received a response within 5 working days, but you are sure that you meet the requirements and are ready to proceed, you can contact us directly to inquire about the status of your application.
This helps us to quickly identify candidates who are actively ready to move forward and start the process in the near future.
Who will help if I encounter difficulties?
You will not be left alone. Both we and the employer are committed to providing continuous assistance. You can contact us at any time if: you have questions, encounter difficulties, need help adapting, or resolving situations.
Will I be able to bring my family?
YES. After you start working in Europe, you will have the opportunity to plan for your family's arrival in the future. All possibilities and timelines will be discussed individually once you are already working in Europe.
If you have questions and haven't found an answer, please feel free to contact us through a convenient method.
